1. What if I’m not feeling motivated right now?

Nobody comes to us because everything’s going perfectly. Most people reach out because they’ve lost that drive, can’t seem to stay consistent, and nothing they’ve tried has really worked. That’s not a flaw — it’s a sign you’re human. Our job is to help you rebuild that momentum, give you a clear plan, and keep you accountable so you can start feeling and performing like yourself again.

2. I’ve tried other programs and they didn’t work — why is this different?

Most programs give you a generic plan and wish you luck. We don’t do generic. You’ll have a coach who knows your background as an athlete, understands the way you think, and works with you daily to make adjustments in real time. Plus, you’ve got our full team — a registered dietitian, athletic trainer, physician assistant, and former D1 strength coaches — all working for you.

3. I’m used to hard, intense workouts from my athlete days — will this feel the same?

We know athletes want to “feel” like they worked out — that satisfaction of putting in real work. We make sure you get that feeling without beating your body into the ground. Your training will challenge you, push you, and give you that post-practice high — but it will also be sustainable so you can keep progressing without injuries or burnout.

4. The program seems like it has a lot of components… does it take a lot of my time?

It actually gives you time back. We cut out the guesswork, the random workouts, and the “what should I eat?” stress. You’ll know exactly what to do and when to do it, so you spend less time figuring things out and more time getting results.

5. I’m busy — how much time will this take each week?

Most clients spend 2–4 hours a week on workouts and just minutes a day on nutrition habits. Everything is built around your schedule so it feels like it fits into your life — not like another job.

6. How is the program delivered?

Everything is delivered through our private Mejoria app — and every single element inside it is built specifically for you. Your workouts, nutrition plan, habits, and accountability systems are all tailored to your goals, schedule, and preferences. You’ll have a direct 1:1 messenger with your coach, video demonstrations for every exercise, and progress tracking so we can make adjustments in real time. You’ll also meet with your coach on Zoom around your schedule for coaching calls, so your plan always fits your life.

7. Is nutrition really customized?

Yes — and the beauty of our program is we don’t force one approach on everyone. Not everyone has to count macros. We find the simplest, easiest, and most sustainable approach for you, so it fits your life and gets results without unnecessary complexity.

8. Do I need a gym membership?

No. We can design your training for a commercial gym, home gym, or minimal equipment. Plenty of our clients start at home and still see amazing results.

9. What if I travel or have an unpredictable schedule?

We adjust your plan anytime life changes — business trips, vacations, crazy work weeks. We’ll make sure you always have something you can do, no matter where you are.

10. How fast will I see results?

Most clients feel a difference in energy, sleep, and confidence within 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition changes usually come within 6–8 weeks — and we keep building from there.

11. I’m worried about the cost — is this worth it?

Think about how much time you’ve already spent not feeling your best — tired, frustrated, or not confident in your body. This program is about more than workouts and nutrition; it’s about getting back the version of you that you know is still in there. The sooner you start, the sooner you can stop wasting time spinning your wheels and start living like the athlete you know you are.

12. What happens after the program ends?

We have a “Graduation Track” that helps you transition into long-term independence — so you keep your results without needing a coach forever.

13. What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

That’s exactly what the call is for. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you straight up and point you in the right direction. If it is, we’ll lay out a clear plan to get you there.

Meet The Team

Justin Andrade - Owner/CEO

Justin & Ruth are the owners and founders of Mejoria Training! They fell in love through a passion for exercise, amazing food, and traveling. Happily married since 2020 (yep, covid wedding).

Justin was a collegiate athlete, and coaches college athletics for 9 years (including 4 at the Division I level). From 2009, Justin has had a passion for helping individuals improve their health and is specifically passionate about maintaining health to extend time with family. Justin currently continues to coach a small group of clients while serving as the CEO.

Ruth Andrade - Director of Business Development

Ruth has a background in functional fitness, running, and strength training. Ruth has been passionate about her health since a young age, and works with the Mejoria team to manage her PCOS and thyroid health.

Aaron Duvall - Director of Online Programming

Aaron has over 7 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the college level, with the last 5 at the Division 1 level. He currently holds multiple certifications.

Aaron is well-published in academic research and is excited to bring his experience to Mejoria.

Alex Moses - Success Coach/Dietitian

Alex has experience as a Professional Sports Dietitian (Baltimore Orioles, and Pittsburgh Pirates) as well as collegiate experience with several sports teams at the Division 1 level.

Education: M.S. Nutrition and Food Science, Bachelor of Science in Dietetics

Certifications: ISAK Level 1 Certified, CPR/Basic Life Support Certified , ServSafe Food Handler Certification, Registered Dietitian

John Abbatoy - Success Coach

John is a Navy Veteran that went from training dolphins to training people. He has over 6 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level as well as the private sector.

Education: MA Organizational Leadership, MS Kinesiology, BS Exercise Science

Certifications: NSCA -  CSCS, RSCC, TSAC-F, USAW - Weightlifting Level 1
